Dear Christians: None of you are going to Heaven

Revelation 14:1-5 says that only 144,000 people will have the “Father’s name written in their foreheads.” It also says that these 144,000 are those that are virgins and not liars.

14:1. And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.
2. And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3. And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4. These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
5. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

Revelation 20:15 and 21:27 implies predetermination.

20:15. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
21:27. And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Because the 140,000 have already been predetermined, you have no chance of making it to Heaven. If you need further “proof” that you’re not going to Heaven, ask yourself if you’ve ever lied before. If the answer is yes (and I’d be willing to bet my whole life on it that the answer is yes), then Revelation 21:8 is from Jesus himself saying that no liars are going to Heaven.

21:8. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Sorry for the bad news.

Sorry for the bad news but you have taken Revelation out of out of context. If you want to be fair you should make sure you post in context.

    Your doing it wrong….

Read a few chapters back and you see that the verses in question are referring to the second rapture. The first one is when everyone who has accepted Christ will immediately by raptured.

I would encourage you to keep questioning, but be prepared for an answer.

And yes, all Christians are liars, sinners, and cheaters. They are just like everyone else. Maybe worse. The only differences we admit we need forgiveness because of how messed up we are.

As far as what Jesus is saying about liars never going to heaven. It was in reference to mankind trying to get into heaven on their own merit. It aint happening. He was speaking to a culture that thought that heaven was attainable by good works or not sinning. The entire purpose of Christ's death was to pay for the sins we have done.
