The real reason why religious views on same-sex marriage is just completely ludicrous

May 27, 2009 at 3:43 am (homosexuality, politics)

Marriage wasn’t considered a sacred institution until 1215 by the church.
Plural marriages (as previously stated).
Ancient marriage practices were treated as trade deals. Women were used strictly for breading. (Example: Leviticus 27:1-8.)
Apostle Paul was against marriage. “It would be better to be a unic than to give into the lust.”
The Constitution requires neutrality when it comes to religion.
No secular reason for it to be against the law.

And might I add one of my own reasons why I think religious sanctified marriage is bullshit? Underage marriage.
